IT Support Technician
- In this position, I am part of a small IT Support team where I would be required to man the phones as well as manage any tickets that come in from clients on a daily basis. Requiring me to independently find the root cause of the issue and deliver a solution. On larger scale issues we work as a team to try and resolve the issues as soon as possible to stick to our SLA.
- In addition to dealing with regular clients, I also have to professionally communicate with Directors and Managers of the client businesses on a regular basis.
- Furthermore, we focus heavily on Cyber Essentials for the businesses making sure they are GDPR compliant.
